- What happens to the plants you take back?
- They're triaged at our partner nursery in Petaluma. Most are rehabilitated within six to ten weeks and returned to rotation. Plants beyond recovery are composted on-site.
- Can I keep a plant if I love it?
- Yes. After twelve months of verified care, a lease converts to full ownership at no additional cost.
- What if my plant dies?
- That's what you pay us for. We replace it with a similar specimen within 48 hours. The $12 early-swap fee only applies in the first two weeks.
- Where do you deliver?
- San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, and most of Marin and Alameda counties. New York and Los Angeles are on the waitlist.
- Is this good for the environment?
- More honest than the alternative. A rotation network keeps decline-bound plants out of the bin and back into rooms that can hold them.
- Who is behind Plantable?
