Terms of service.

Plantable is a concept project. The page below describes how the imagined service would operate; nothing on this site is actually for sale, and no money changes hands.

In the imagined version, Plantable provides a subscription-based plant lease service. Plants remain the property of Plantable until formal ownership transfers per the care guarantee below. Members are expected to provide reasonable indoor conditions (temperature, light, basic cleanliness) for any leased plant.

A flat $12 early-swap fee applies to rotations requested within fourteen days of delivery. After fourteen days, swaps are complimentary within the member's chosen tier.

Plantable reserves the right to decline service in the event of conditions unsuitable for plant health, including but not limited to persistent cold, secondhand smoke, or the presence of two or more cats.

Subscriptions renew monthly and may be paused or cancelled anytime from the member dashboard. Unused plants are collected within seven days of cancellation at no charge.

Care guarantee.

If a plant shows signs of terminal decline within the first fourteen days of delivery, we replace it; the member owes a flat $12 to cover logistics. After fourteen days, replacements are complimentary within the member's chosen tier.

Terminal decline is assessed by our plant specialists. We err on the side of the member: if a plant is not obviously healthy, we swap it. Recovered plants return to rotation; the rest are composted on-site.
